The chalet (altitude almost 1000 m) was built in 2001. It is very cosy and nicely decorated.
It comfortably caters for 2 to 10 guests and has floor and electric heating, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The chalet is situated near the dead end of a quiet road, which is kept snow free in winter. It has a very charming view over the valley and St. Nicolas-la-Chapelle.
The village with shops and little restaurants is a 5-minute walk away.
The skiing area Espace Diamant http://www.espacediamant.com with 185 km of slopes is a few minutes drive; the ski bus stops in the village.
Megève with 450 km slopes (Evasion Mont-Blanc) and many shops and restaurants is 10 km away.
The chalet has a spacious balcony facing south-west and a garden.
A few minutes walk from the chalet is a small lake with free swim facilities and bath superintendents in summer.
